Purposes and legal bases

Generating requested opportunities and operating the service: performance of our relationship with the user and pre-contractual steps.

Maintaining an anonymous profile, searching for collaborators using your summary and sending Radar WOW alerts: consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Unlocking a connection: performance of the requested purchase and compliance with payment obligations.

Preventing abuse, limiting requests and protecting the service: legitimate interests in security and service continuity.

Measuring usage through Google Analytics: optional consent to analytics cookies.

You control what you submit

Nothing is sent while you copy the prompt or work in your own AI assistant. Paste&WOW receives your content when you submit it.

Share only what is useful

Your summary is separate from your anonymous collaboration profile, which is created later and only with consent. Leave out credentials, documents, exact addresses, children's data, medical and financial details, and other people's names.

Separate feedback

Ratings are associated with the corresponding summary. Changing the pack starts a separate preference history so previous preferences do not carry over to another person or situation.

Anonymous ratings

When you rate an opportunity or the overall results, Paste&WOW stores the selected option, an anonymous session identifier, search mode, language and optional reason. This feedback does not include your summary, opportunity text, names, email or other contact details.

Website usage data

Anonymous technical events help improve the experience: starting a search, needing clarification, choosing the first or second option, receiving results or encountering an error. These events do not store the text of your clarification, goal or summary.

Voluntary matching

Your visible profile uses an alias and a limited summary. Matching with your summary requires explicit consent and can be revoked. Contact details stay hidden until there is mutual interest and the conditions shown in the application are met.

Processing and retention

To generate opportunities, the minimum summary is sent to the AI provider with response storage disabled and is not saved in Paste&WOW's database. Only if you enable collaborator searches using your summary is it stored encrypted for up to 90 days. Pending searches expire after 9 minutes, anonymous ratings after 180 days, inactive profiles after 365 days, and email addresses for paused alerts after 30 days. You can disable collaborator searching or delete your profile earlier in the application.

Providers and recipients

Paste&WOW uses technical providers for enabled features: Cloudflare for hosting, security and databases; OpenAI for generating and comparing opportunities; Resend for email alerts; Stripe for payments; and Google Analytics only when you accept measurement. Each provider processes the data needed for its role under its own terms and applicable contractual obligations.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, processing relies on an adequacy decision or other recognised safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses. Contact us for further information.

Automated decisions

Paste&WOW uses automated systems to rank opportunities and estimate compatibility. Results are recommendations or hypotheses for you to evaluate and test. They do not themselves produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Email infodreampolis@gmail.com with your request. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.

Optional analytics and cookies

Paste&WOW uses Google Analytics only after you accept analytics cookies, to measure visits, arrival channels and interactions. You can reject measurement without losing access, or change your choice through the Cookies button. Withdrawing consent disables measurement and removes analytics cookies accessible from the site.

A limitation

No internet-connected system eliminates every risk. Before submitting a summary, check that it contains no information you do not want processed.
